When you support Together4Hope, you help City of Hope shorten the time it takes to get from bold, innovative ideas to powerful new cancer, diabetes and medical treatments.

Stand Up Paddleboarding is a relatively new paddling sport whereby the paddler stands up on a board similar to a surf board. The paddler and the board are propelled across the top of the water by the use of a long single-bladed paddle.

Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) is one of the most dynamic and rewarding sports available today. The SUP Connection provides San Diego with a first class on the water experience by providing compassionate paddleboard lessons. Thanks to The SUP Connection, City of Hope is now able to provide you and your family the opportunity to safely try SUP at Together4Hope at our beautifully scenic Mission Bay location.

Whether you have your own paddleboard or would like to use one supplied by The SUP Connection, we'd love to see you out on the water! Your registration will include an introduction to balance training, paddling mechanics and water navigation. The SUP Connection will supply a paddleboard, paddle, life jacket and leash to those who do not have their own paddleboard. Duration of lesson and paddle out is approximately 1 hour 20 minutes.

Let's transform the future of health together one paddle at a time!
